Greatly disappointed first time bike insurance experience.

I diligently researched bike insurance for the first time and found Bennett's being highly recommended.
They weren't the cheapest and advertise themselves as a trustworthy and respected name in the bike insurance industry.

The facts:
I e-mailed my CBT Cert 3 times, as they were unable to locate it.

The addition package I chose included RAC cover, this package however proved to be inadequate as it only provides roadside assistance and the "recovery" service only applies within 10 miles of your specified home location.

I waited the best part of 5 hours for my first RAC attendance.

The second occurrence left me waiting for recovery for over 10 hours and cost me almost £200.

The complaint I raised with RAC still hasn't been auctioned.

I'm unable to access my insurance details or amend my insurance cover etc. online.

Quite frankly, I am less than impressed.

I won't be recommending Bennett's anytime soon.
