My husband and I purchased a tow dolly from the USA Trailer store. It arrived and was defective. I contacted them and sent pictures, they decided to have us return it and they would refund our money. Problem is they want us to pay the return fee, approx. "250.00" per their policy. Our take on this is that it is DEFECTIVE not our fault why should WE pay for shipping.
