Confusion followed by satisfaction!

After a mistake was made in calculating my original deal it was withdrawn. Although disappointed I understood that the error was a genuine mistake and as such I have to look elsewhere. However, the sales team intervened (at one point I had three lads all scratching their heads trying to find a solution). Ultimately the decision was made to honour the original agreement despite it erring in my favour considerably. In doing so not only was I impressed by the service I received, significantly I was blown away by the level of integrity shown which is almost unheard of when dealing with car, motorcycle, etc dealerships. I have signed on the dotted line and look forward to collecting my bike in due course. I have read some reviews of this dealership that are less than flattering, but I take people as I find them and Millenium were as good as their word despite the fact that it cost them money.
