I bought a 2003 deauville, in February 2014 and the staff could not have been more helpful. Three days after the warranty had expired the bike developed a serious fault. RAC diagnosed head gasket failure. Called to ask for advice 'manager' was rude and obnoxious, rubbishing report by RAC, and commenting that if I wasn't able to get the bike to them then. I should stop calling them.
Overall an example of unbelievably bad customer service. If indeed it is a head gasket failure then they have just done themselves out of at least £1000 of business, not including servicing and a possible bike upgrade in the next 18 months
