Bought a motorcycle from dk 3 months ago. Firstly the bike was never prepared for sale. Turned up to collect the bike andnit had no working headlight, no L-plates and a leaking fork seal. But apparently this was all "missed" on the pre delivery inspection. How you miss this i dont know.
Now 3 months later i have no V5 and the DVLA have no record of ever recieving it. Ok this may be down to the royal mail but honestly the sales man was useless!
Since i bought it it has had 3 fork seals each leaking after less than 50 miles and they wont investigate the problem.
So WELL DONE! DK your incompetent staff have lost you another potential future customer.
I just wish i'd seen some reviews before i went in.
