My friends had remortgaged their homes a couple of years ago and I became interested in the idea. I didn't even know what it meant to remortgage a home a couple of months ago. Now I know that its a great way to save money! My only qualm with the government and house market is this: Why doesn't your home get remortgaged every year automatically? I mean if your house costs 400,000 euros when you bought it, and you continue to pay for that each month, but the house is now worth 300,000, why don't do it automatically? It seems like the big guys are just sitting around taking all this money which isn't even evident in the market. You're essentially paying for a 400,000 home when you're living in a house that costs 300,000; if that makes any sense. Well anyways these mortgage brokers took care of that and made sure we're paying the right rate. Now we are saving hundreds of euros each month, it's so much I can't stop being surprised with it. This whole ordeal has been so good, I feel like I should have remortgaged a decade ago.

I was impressed with their knowledge of the mortgage market. Their customer support was right on the spot, and all of their reps were really smart. I was a bit surprised with this entire process, first because I've never actually remortgaged my house, and second, because everything went along really smoothly. Man it almost seems like these guys do this for a living, eh? Of course I'm just kidding. They actually do this for a living and they are pretty damn good at it!

I think these guys are the best mortaging company around the place I live. All the other ones have way higher fees and I couldn't imagine using them.
