doesnt even deserve 1 star. do not get a mortgage off nationwide. they are all thick incompitant idiots that dont have a clue how to do their job. i have a perfect credit score and me and my partner have been declined because THEY forgot to put his middle name in. we had been waiting for a form to go back to our solicitor, we had been chasing every day regarding it, it had never been sent back, i had spoke to around ten people before i found out that we had been declined. this has put a massive hold on our property now. we had everything planned to move in this week due to the promises they had made, but now its not going to happen. if your mortgage advisor tells you to go with them, dont do it. we're first time buyers, and we are buying my aunties house, theres no chain what so ever and we started this in december, and we're still waiting now nearly at the end of march. the staff are thick, they dont know how to do their job properly, the managers are just as dense and dont know how to follow through on their word. dont believe a single thing they say because it wont happen.
