Cant believe they kept me waiting for 10 days just for a mortgage in principle which was refused anyway! she only worked 2 days a week of which she left me 4 messages because she forgot to ask me certain questions, by the time i read the messages as i work 40 hours a week, i had to wait because she wasnt in till the following thursday!!! the only reason i was refused was because i went overdrawn twice in one year! even though ive banked with them for 7 years. Ok so i got refused no big deal i went somewhere else the next day and got the mortgage agreed, signed and seal the following day, it was the total lack of disregard and how long it took! we nearly lost the house!!!! and they wouldnt give me my information back that i had provided to them, i had to photocopy everything again! very disappointing, i closed all my accounts the next day!!!!
top tip-dont pay anything upfront!!!!!!
