WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE LEICESTER HUMBERSTONE GATE BRANCH

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Firstly, a mortgage adviser booked an appointment in December 2015 for me for 5th March 2016 as my fixed term was coming to an end, I wait 3 months get to the branch and gets told there is no appointment booked and no one is available to see me on the day. Moreover, the staff at the branch instead of apologizing just kept on saying there is no appointment (in a robotic manner). He was then apparently not available wand wasn't going to be as apparently leaving for the US for a few weeks!

Then as I left the branch furious the staff creepily walk behind me like i'm some sort of criminal. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff at the branch on Humberstone Gate branch in Leicester

I then did a bit of shopping around and found HSBC with an incredible low rate, booked a meeting in with them and must I say their customer service is excellent.

Halifax if you're reading this, shame on you! When you screw up appointments and make loyal customers wait 3 months an apology is mandatory at the least! The staff at Humberstone Gate branch in Leicester are totally unprofessional.

I would strongly advise either new or existing mortgage customers to avoid Halifax mortgages at all cost! This officially was the worst customer service I've ever experience and goes without saying I'm in the process of moving my mortgage.
