No regrets at all!

We were stuck in a 10 year fixed rate mortgage at a high rate as well as a second charge on our mortgage. On a whim I clicked on an advert for YMD and filled in a brief details page. I was contacted promptly and arranged a visit at home for a quote. I was not hopeful but decided to try it. It turns out to be the best decision we could have made.
CTZ was superb. He was relaxed and put us quickly at ease. He was meticulous with getting our details and what we wanted. He gave excellent, sound and independent advice for our situation. He found us a great rate which paid off off second charge and all for less than our old mortgage! We have life insurance too which we are happy with.
CTZ kept us updated at each stage by emails and I was always impressed at how quickly he'd respond to my email queries. Nothing was too McChrystal trouble, even my 'silly' questions were dealt will professionally.
We feel completely safe in his hands, knowing he's working hard to find the best product for us without any hard sell. We are especially pleased to have paid the fee for YMD services and so relieved that we have financial advice at the end of an email or phone call for the life of our mortgage.
We've had a review at the end of our first product through YMD and although it was 2 years later, CTZ remembered us and our situation well. He really does feel like an expert friend. Thanks CTZ for looking after us so well!
