AWFUL

Awful service! They are quick to take my money, however they offer nothing in return. I was with them for 1 year and would never rent or buy a property from them again. I rented out my flat in Epsom. When the oven and boiler broke it took them 3 months to get themselves sorted. I had to contact my tenants to gain access to the property as the agency could not get hold of them, when in fact my tenants could not get hold of anyone at the agency to arrange someone to fix the boiler and oven.They showed me emails they had sent and phone calls they had made. The agency were quick to lie and point the finger, when I showed them evidence that the tenants had tried to contact them they ignored me.
Every time I tried to contact Barnard Marcus they would not get back to me. I am still having this problem... I made 2 formal complaints and I am still waiting for a response from them, it has been 2 months since I made the complaint. I am currently being passed from person to person as no one wants to deal with it. I spent almost £1000 for them to manage my property, when in fact I did this myself for at least 6 months.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
