I am a first time buyer and initially had zero understanding of how Mortgages work. Vaughan was extremely helpful, insightful, trustworthy and took his time to explain how it all worked without rushing or fast-tracking me through to the end.

He was happy to meet with me multiple times at no extra cost to ensure I understood everything clearly and was happy. I am now a homeowner, have a great Mortgage rate and the Government will be taking a lower cut % when I eventually sell my property, as Vaughan gave me some other considerations/scenarios to bear in mind.

Extremely happy and rate Prudell very highly. They were easily the best part of the buying process.
