Couldn’t have done it without them!!

Myself and my partner applied for a mortgage in February 2017 which was a big risk as my partner had adverse credit & we had both started new jobs so we’re both on probation. Our FA was on hand every step of the way and was so reassuring. Because of our situation we had to obtain a lot of extra documentation to supply to the bank & our FA was very good at keeping us constantly updated and responded to all our queries quickly. Unfortunately our mortgage was declined however our FA provided us with advice on what to do over the next 6 months to ensure we had the best shot at a mortgage the next time we applied

October 2017 and we applied for our mortgage again on a large property & today we’ve received the go ahead and received a full offer!! We could not have got to where we are today without the help of our FA and her advice. Our caseworker has been amazing in updating us promptly with the progression of our application. New homes are so personable and every person we’ve had contact with has been so helpful. We’ve paid for the lifetime service with NHMH and it’s the best purchase we’ve made! Everything has been a breeze & we couldn’t have asked for a better service!
