I would highly recommend TNHG. From the outset the service was exceptionally efficient and I have been kept up to date with progress at each stage of the application process. The advisor in particular was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, and each request and process was dealt with immediately, with texts or emails always answered (no matter what time of day or night) within a couple of hours usually faster. The whole operation comes across as being exceptionally professional, and the staff all seem to have a genuine interest in providing a great service for the customer. I would have no hesitation in using TNHG again for future mortgage applications.
