We are first time buyers and our advisor made it extremely easy for us. From the initial visit we had to talk about options for mortgages to the continued feedback we have received since deciding which mortgage we were going to go for the help has been excellent. They were particularly good at keeping us in the loop and letting us know exactly where we stood and what we needed to do in the meantime.
