The mortgage advisor I met with was very friendly, and took into account all factors I considered important when the advisor recommended the mortgage I ended up pursuing.

Once my mortgage was chosen, my day to day contact for my application was extremely communicative, even when there was no news I was updated with where progress was up to and when another update was expected.

I would definitely recommend to anyone else buying a new build property.
