The service provided was brilliant from start to receiving our mortgage offer. The team were really helpful in helping explain all of the processes to us, especially with us being first time buyers. They kept us updated throughout and ensured we knew what we needed to do to help the process along. Everything was processed smoothly and we felt very confident that they were looking after us to the best of their ability. It was also really comforting to have a specific contact who dealt with our application from the beginning, the person I dealt with was very approachable and a lovely person to have worked with. Thanks again!
