“No Communication”

We have recently had two mortgages through L&C, having initally been recommended by a friend. First one was really positive, progressed the case very well and exceeded our expectations.

The second one was polar opposite, no communication - never answered the phone, no updates back to us, updates they did occasionally provide were outdated. We ended up bypassing them and going the lender direct.
As it stands at the moment we actually found out 3 days ago our mortgage has been approved, still waiting for them to call to tell us!
