Leap Finance succeeded in refinancing my buy to let portfolio and my residential mortgage when I was told it couldn’t be done. The difficulty was due to the complexity of my income which meant the normal standard borrowing criteria of most lenders didn’t apply to me .This proved to be no challenge for Leap Finance. With sheer dedication and persistence the adviser managed to get the job done .As a result I have refinanced my existing portfolio and raised enough money to buy a further buy to let. I also have a much more suitable residential mortgage on my own house . The service of leap finance is fantastic and worth every penny. I would have no hesitation of either going back in future or recommending them to anyone else. definite 5* service
