We met the person I dealt with of Echo Finance after much disillusionment with our current lenders and our expectations were at rock bottom of anyone helping us with what seemed an almost insurmountable problem not of our own making but of the mortgage lender we were with at the time... his recommendations and the skill and compassion shown to us during the process has been a revelation. The whole remortgage was swift and without any sort of aggravation or worry to ourselves. As someone who formerly worked in insurance i know a good person and company and cannot rate them highly enough. They have saved us from a nightmare situation in the shortest possible time with regular phone calls / emails/ texts / incredibly prompt responses to any query however small and at whatever time of day or night .. Thank you to the person I dealt with and Echo Finance
