Cucumber seed oil

Two weeks ago I bought kokum butter, wheat germ oil and cucumber seed oil from akomaskincare.

The quality of all products was awful and the cucumber seed oil is not even an oil, it's some water with the smell of cucumber. Unrefined wheat germ oil is usually a dark orange/red oil with a very intense smell of wheat. Their oil is yellow with a faint smell and it's definitely not an unrefined oil. I emailed their customer service about the cucumber seed oil and they replied that I have to post the oil back at my expenses to get a refund. I think that given that the cucumber seed oil is a completely different product than the one they advertise on their website and indeed, not even an oil, they should have offered me a refund because that oil is water.

A waste of my money. I make cosmetics and I can say that there are a few serious suppliers in Europe and akomaskincare is not.
