My daughters brought me a quingo…
My daughters brought me a quingo scooter in 2021 as I had covid an seizures due to covid and cannot walk without assistance, hoped it would give me some freedom but far from it. Driving around on it if you go over a bump it cuts out then you have to reset the batteries which are under the seat which I cannot do myself as I can not stand without help so if I go out on it I must have someone with me, which defeats the object. I tried to go to the doctors on it only got half way there when I had to turn round because I only had half the power left in the scooter and only just got home. I hadn’t gone a mile and the scooter is supposed to do 23 miles. We have rang the company who are very rude and they won’t take the scooter in part exchange but will send out someone to look at it but that’s £74. I have also had to pay over £300 for new batteries. I will never recommend these scooters to any that scooter cost my daughters £2000 and it’s not fit for purpose.
