Paid $19.99 for iPhone unlock code on Dec-13-2019. After multiple emails they sent an email saying 'We want to inform you that unlock code for your imei is not found in regular as well as in premium database and soon your amount will be refunded.' But it's already Jan-21-2020 no refund yet. I have sent many emails and one of the emails they responded on Jan-6-2020 saying "We are deeply apologies for the delay on your refund. There is some tech issue in processing refunds which causes delay. Be sure we're trying our best regarding this matter and will refund you soon".

as a consumer, we make a payment in advance, trusting that our purchase will be received & available to us in a timely manner... we expect to not have to send email upon unanswered email in order to get what we have paid for. it's not a particularily fun thing to do, fight to get what i purchased, & open a dispute through paypal & wait (some more) for them to encourage you to do what you are supposed to & not jerk your customers around & take their money & not deliver their purchase. i have bought many an unlock code through you- not ever again. not impressed at all.

This company didn't send me an unlock code. While waiting I had my phone unlocked through at&t then requested a refund. I was told their vendor may have already processed my unlock request but after waiting a couple weeks I still never received an unlock code or a refund.

Great service and follow up. The code was sent two days after the placement of the order with full instructions. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to unlock his phone
