Even though I was told that the iPhone would take 20 days to get it unlocked, I was pleasantly surprised when I got an e-mail in less than a week after I submitted the unlock request. I put the new SIM in the phone and there it was - unlocked! Thanks guys for a superb service.

I am very please with this website as they unlocked an iphone i got from ebay and havent been able to use. I am really pleased with this company. Not only did they unlock my iPhone 5 from Orange, they did so in a faster time than they had quoted me. The phone is no unlocked an I am now able to use it with my O2 simcard.

I was very iffy about doing this because i believe most to be fake but i read a few reviews and thought stuff it. Its only $30 Australian so i decided to do it... within 8 hours my Telstra phone was unlocked to any network!!! Bloody amazing if you ask me.

I incorrectly submitted an order to unlock an iPhone from AT&T (as it was the cheapest price) when my phone was locked to O2 in the UK. I didn't really understand how the system works and was trying to save myself some money. Anyway, the day after I ordered I got a call from these guys enquiring if I had made an error as the phone was locked to another network. After some discussion and explanation, we agreed to cancel the incorrect order and I ordered the right service this time. 5 days later my phone was unlocked and the refund for my first order was in my bank account. Top marks for customer support and top marks for the service offered. I am now using my iPhone on my Vodafone sim and it's working perfectly. Thanks a bunch.

I got this service unsure if it was going to actually work for me, it did work. It was very speedy and took about 24hrs it was unlocked. It was an AT&T and now works with Virgin Canada. Would recommend this site too anyone!!
