“DREADFUL!”

This company ignored numerous emails I sent them over a number of months. When I put a bad review on Trustpilot for them they then emailed me and threatened that they would not give me a promised refund unless I removed the review. They are blackmailing me now and saying that they will withhold my money. I will be going to Trading Standards and passing on their threats to them. My advice is dontgo near them.
