They gave me my unlocking code in less than 2 days, they had trouble trying to find it with my carrier so they wrote me asking me if I wanted to wait a little longer meanwhile they contact Motorola to find my unlocking code or if I wanted a refund.

I told them that I will wait and in less that 12 hours i had my code that worked with no problems.

The emails were very nice, clear and direct, the prices are fair, the time is fair too and the service is excellent, totally recommended.
