(Doesnt look like my first posting went throgh)I must say I was suspicious of purchasing this service through the android market place. I needed my Galaxy 3 unlocked from Tmobile. I purchased the service, it took 4 hours for the unlock codes to come and unfortuantely they did not work initially. We went through some trouble shooting and it still did not work. Then I thought it was a good idea to let them know my phone was rooted but running stock 4.1.2 software. They knew then just what was needed. Gave me instructions on some additional settings to try then reset and put in my unlock code again! Presto! I successfully unlocked my device. The initial unlock codes came later than advertised 4 hours intead of 3 however the trouble shooting emails were quick and efficient!
