My brother passed away very suddenly 3 weeks ago; as his executrix, I was responsible for dealing with his business, and needed to access his address book on his mobile urgently. I checked the feedback on this company, and it was more good than bad. This company assured me they could unlock his phone, and took my money. THEN they emailed me to say they couldn't unlock his phone, so I took the mobile to a corner shop in his home town (50 miles from me) who sorted it out in a matter of minutes.

I have asked this company for a refund four times now, and they have ignored every single request - seriously, it's not a matter of losing a few pounds, it's the abysmal customer "service", especially at a time when life has turned so awful.

Dear Customer,
We apologise you have had issues contacting us or unlocking your phone. It would appear that you assume we remove a phones security features which is illegal. We remove network locks so phone can be used with other sim cards.
Please contact, including your order number and we will be able to try and resolve your issues or will refund you in full.
