Purchased the unlock code for my Galaxy S7. The advertised time was 1-40 minutes. Too good to be true? Yeah it is. Only Wind unlocked my phone in 5 minutes when a store was open. I paid $50 for this service, was first promised 1-40 minutes. Then was told a server update delayed and I would get it the following day (bs excuse but okay). Surprise, surprise, still no unlock code. I requested a full refund. The seller issued a $5.00 refund saying "thanks for your continued patience". No response to emails. Still no unlock code. Very bad service, falsely advertised wait times and expensive to boot. Avoid this service like the plague. Still no unlock code after 2 days.

This is my second unlock because and we was happy with the first unlock due to my grandson lost his phone and I purchased another phone for him and he contacted this company to have it unlocked. I needed my mobile phone unlocked this time and I tried it alone without my grandson and I couldn't see the numbers on the paper and couldn't get the mobile to display the IMEI number and therefore the code they gave me wouldn't unlock the mobile. I am a elderly vet and not mobile phone savvy and I explained that to them but they were rude to me and talked down to me as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING.
