I think you need to re-check your math.

Refund fee for unlock by codes:
2.50 euro

Refund fee for unlock by cable
4.47 euro

Our cheapest product is 14.47.

Also we only charge this refund fee if you demand a refund where there is no failure of our software or error on our site.

In all other cases we refund 100%.

Also funny how you reply 'thanks for -your- review' on your own review :)
