“Don't bother”

Never got the code even after 48 hours, and its not in the junk folder which I checked.
Support told me that then can't refund once the code was issued since they don't have proof that I didn't use it.
Basically refund policy is that they keep the money what ever happens and the customer is guilty until proven innocent.

What is your support ticket number? Then I'll check out your case.

Our refund policy is very clearly communicated.

As announced on our blog the unlock codes are delayed due a world wide problem also if you order on a Friday yes it will take until Monday to get codes delivered this is also clearly mentioned on the website.

If your codes were delivered there is no refund, if we haven't delivered any codes then support will send them to you again. If the unlock codes are 'not found' (which happens if phone is not simlocked for example) we refund as per refund rules.
