Had an email within 48hours of placing the order. Initial code provided didn't work. Communication was top notch. Another code was emailed and it worked! Phone was unlocked instantly. More surprisingly was the fact that the phone was on the UK 3 network which are very notorious for locking their phones to make sure it can't be unlocked other than by themselves.
