I received the unlock codes within a day, I followed everything as wrote in e-mail, but nothing happened, the phone remained locked. After few attempts I gave up because the counter says only 5 attempts left.
After that I wrote an e-mail with the problem but nothing happened: no reply, no new codes, no support, no help, no money refund.

Just walk away with the money...

We are not generating the codes, we are buying them from a supplier and in this case we need to discuss the problem with the supplier as they provided a wrong code. Please be patient and the problem will be resolved as quick as possible. Actually it takes few days until the money will go back into your account.

Actually it was a BlackBerry 9720, I missed the number in the review.
