Sent them the info (paid via PayPal), the next day they said 24 hours, then they said they needed more info (place of purchase, etc.) and said it'd be another 24 hours -- after 48 hours they said couldn't unlock it and refund would be given and to allow 7 days. After 10 days wrote them indicating that no refund had been provided and that I'd be reporting it to PayPal and give them unfavourable reviews. Waited 5 days and still no refund. When reporting to PayPal, found out that they have an instant refund page: Theunlockdepot.com/refund and that worked ... so just use it. It's likely that this is a ruse and that they rely upon people not to follow up on getting a refund for such a small amount, especially if you were foolish enough to give some unknown company your credit card info. However, knowing that PayPal would cut them off, they've arranged for you to see the instant refund page when you start the "get my money" back process via PayPal.
