I ordered and paid for a Note 3 Unlocked codes on the January 25th, 2016 but I haven't received the codes yet. I sent a few emails.

1st response : Please ask for help on your tracking page in Support section...

[This is what the page says: Refresh this page in few minutes please....]

I emailed them again,

2nd Response: What is your IMEI

Answer: I gave them the IMEI #.

They have never responded ever since
