For some reason my email activation went missing. I had to contact customer service, which meant a slight delay. But once we established contact, it was just a few hours delay till I got my unlock code. Unlock was successful.

Sorry about that! We had a bug on our system causing some orders not to be registered (and activation emails not to be sent), which we were able to quickly resolve.

I'm glad support was able to assist in a speedy manner.
