After not getting my unlock code in the specified time, and many emails sent, I never got any response. I had to resort to filing a dispute with PayPal. The one who runs this company and who took my money. This company wouldn't even answer PayPal and I had to escalate the claim. They just take your money and don't provide the service that they promise.

i order a code for a huawei mate20 pro a week ago, they say i get it in 3 days o less, i send at least 4 emails asking progress and i have no recive an answer, i still waiting, i think i lost my money and time.

Ordered a code to unlock a phone four weeks prior, I had to message them to find out what was going on. They promised to get back to me, still nothing. I wrote another email and they have yet to respond. Requested a refund. Will see how long it will take to get that.

After ATT denied unlocking my LG B470 I searched for a phone unlock service and found Codes2unlock. Codes2unlock delivered excellent service, with quick and accurate support, at a reasonable price...in fact, a bargain compared to the competition. The email with my unlock code arrived within 12 hours, which I think is a good turnaround time. When I subsequently emailed about a question with the codes I received and a problem accessing the online instructions, the needed support arrived quickly, also. At that point, I unlocked my phone without any problem at all.

It's been 6 days now and still no code and they charged me twice on my debit card. It took them 6 days to respond to my emails, and very rude and short. I will be contacting the better Bureau about this and my lawyer has a couple of things as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN!

Waited 3 day on the code ti be told it canr give me a code for one and ill get a refund in 1 to 3 days !!! Aint seen no redund and now they wont response to my emails... Imma get my money best believe that!!! Its a joke!!!!

Wether or not they send you a code if up to them even if you pay with your hard earned money witch is certainly not free they really don't care is been more than a week and still no code no reply or refund of any kind when the processing time is supposed to be 1 to 3 days my ass decided to try receiving a code online for my phone should've go to a phone store have it unlocked the same day my fault for that. Don't waste your money on this website or do? Up to you

perfect service unfortunately I realised after getting the code that my phone was already unlocked :( ordered the code at 5pm uk time and got the code at 2:40 AM with instructions etc even though I didn't need it, it was worth it very speedy response. will always use these guys and recommend them

Over a week still no code, no follow up and certainly no refunds. This is not legitimate at least as of now. So we will see. I definitely would not recommend it. Disgrutled in California

Even nearly *twenty-four* months later: Almost precisely the same issue developed and would have persisted had I not tapped on the links in the thank-you email and linked order- tracking webpage. Even so, I still received an invalid unlock (or general PUK) code for my very recently deactivated AT&T ZTE Z222 handset (a standard J2ME MIDlet Mobile phone) - only eight digits long, not the sixteen-digit length required; remaining attempt to risk, out of nominally two=: 0!
Now, no backup solution survives or continues to survive.

This was the second company I tried. The first was cheap and polite but ineffective. They refunded my money. Codes2unlock was fast and the supplied coded worked on the first try. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was new and less than 30 days from purchase. The process took just over 24 hours however it saved me hundreds on a new phone. If I am ever in this situation again I will use Codes2unlock without hesitation.

I waited for 3 days processing time but still they couldn’t provide any unlock instruction. They also have worst customer service. Please find other service.

Took them 5 days to determine that there was an error with the information I provided when I paid for the service. they only told me this after numerous follow ups and now i have to wait again for more days hoping they can provide the lock code i need.
