Ordered samsung s21 plus unlock and that's all. No communication no email no code never got reply from them no online chat nothing. just took money and that's all. Can't believe. Don't buy any unlock service.

There is no one there to answer your call it doesn't matter what time you call they will not answer back on emails so you can't get in touch with them it's been over a week and I still haven't received my number and can't get anyone on the phone during normal business hours sucks crappy I wouldn't recommend to no one

Based on the reviews I decided to give this a try. I have been wanting to use this phone for my child but with a different network. So I put the information requested read the instructions prior to making the purchase and decided to go with it. It took 3 days to receive an email from them and I thing is because I requested a status update, just for the email to tell me to use the device unlock app which i did tried before making the purchase. Anyways I tried it again thinking they had done something at guess what it still says "Device is not eligible for unlock" seriously paid money to get the same message I was getting before using this so called cellphoneunlock program. I really think it was a waste of time. Oh and I emailed them to tell them it didn't work I have not receive any response from them.

The website mentioned instant code generation. I have been waiting for over 4 hours now, and still have not received a code.

I ordered my unlock for my iPhone for $49.99 no one replied to my emails and I kept calling there isn’t anyone to answer. 

never got my code dont buy, i paid 5 dollars to unlock my blackberry bold 9900 and i am still waiting to get my code! 

Wasted my money . Send to unlock ZTE Blade from ATT. They send me a code and it did nothing. I am out $20. Tried calling and email could not get through ....Was very disappointed. Could not call or talk to anyone.

I was a bit sceptical at first but the service was great, although they said it would take up to 7 days to unlock my phone it was done in 3 days. Overall great service and my phone unlocked without any problems. And also they were cheaper than a few others I checked out.

I requested an unlock code for a metro pcs phone. I paid the fee they asked. I got the code. I couldnt put it in. First they say they send step by step instructions, all i got was a code. I had to email back for instructions. Insert a different card. So i did and that didnt work. Turns out you have to use an app unlock. So now i need to pay an extra 20 for that and cant get a refund. Nowhere when i i put thr imei did ot say i needed that app unlock. But i was told its up to the customer to know that. So I paid 9 bucks for a big F U from this place. Im filing a complaint with the BBB next. Use at your own risk!!!!!!!!!

I made the 49.99$ payment 14 days ago. They dont answer the mails. 

Takes forever to send you the unlock code, it took them almost 2 days, after I told them I no longer needed the code because I already had a code and would like a refund, they then send me the unlock code after a few hours, just go to unlock.imei.info and you will have an unlock code in 15mins

The phone is unlocked but it will not work on the original carriers network any longer. Beware! Oh and also, the phone number on the website is complete BS. It doesn't even work!

Paid this company to unlock my LG G7. They told me I would need to purchase an unlock device app. which cost 5 times what the code would have cost. They told me on 2 separate phone calls that it would take 7 business days, 10 actual days, and there was no problem with them providing the codes. After waiting 10 days, they todl me they couldn't unlock it and to try back in a month. They refunded my money, but then when I looked at my bill there was an additional $12 charged to my account from them under a different name. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF THEY WEREN'T SURE THEY COULD UNLOCK IT, THEN DO NOT SAY THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEM DOING SO. AND DON'T TRY AND CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I WILL NOW HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
