Use it for my Samsung galaxy s3. I did it on a Sunday and received the code within the hour. Not sure why the prices vary from phone to phone. It seems like the more popular models (like the s3) are l lot more expensive. I'm sure it costs pennies to get these codes, and to raise the price just because its a cash grab bugged me. However, overall I did get the code. It did come quick. It worked perfectly and still is. Overall, does what it promises, but at a bit of a price.
