Although it was difficult to wait for the unlock code...I didn't doubt that I would get it and that it would work. I have used them 3 times in the past with perfect results.

About 2 months ago, I ordered an unlock code for a new phone (Galaxy World Phone) without remembering that I didn't need the code to use it in Europe. They promptly let me know that it was not needed and refunded my money immediately.

Would highly recommend their service.

One improvement to the service would be to provide an easy to find place that tells how long it should take to get the code (if it's already there, I couldn't find it). Or maybe another email after the first confirmation email after a day or two (of the code is going to take several days to process) stating that they are working on the order and the code will come within # of days.
