I have used them a couple times, usually to unlock free Blackberry's I got from work. So far 100%, been a while since I used the service last and it looks like the AT&T price more than doubled from what it was before. We'll see if they honor such an old coupon though :)

I only use it for old Blackberrys like the bold and curve models. I dont know how well this goes with other stuff.
