Ordered to have an iPhone 5 unlocked in February - after about 2 months I emailed them on the status of the unlock. All I got was a standard email answer back explaining that my info was submitted to ATT and that I had to be patient. Then after another 4 months, I emailed them again, and this time they were a bit sorry for the delay. They then re-submitted my Info and the unlock came through the next day. Yes, the unlock happened - they are legit, but they need to stay on top of their orders.
