Why so difficult to speak to a real human being? The website appears to be designed to send the poor frustrated customer spinning in ever decreasing circles. Ask the Tech Team- if only! Speak to an advisor- only if you're considering buying a new phone/contract. Live chat results in fatuous "how are you today" nonsense- actually I'm really cross and would like some answers to the question I've already typed in.
Clearly the site is geared up for selling. As to seeking help just forget it. If I have a problem I like to speak to a person, not have to type questions into a box, nor do I wish to seek "advice" from non experts who populate the forum.
