Went on Good Friday after work to buy a mobile, I was 8 minutes after the closing time and as the mobile was a present for my son, who was travelling abroad on Monday evening, I only managed to talk to them from outside their door.
They were no interested in listening as one of them was playing with a football inside the store, other 2-3 sales adviser's were just wondering around the shop floor and one was cashing up.

I explained that I needed to buy a NEXUS 5, told them the color and release code I needed, and I was ready for it but they said they were closed and could not help.
I asked to them if they could at least guarantee that they had one in black and code 3111 K so one of them came with one box at the door and showed to be the box, which was exactly the one I wanted but he added that I could come back on BH Monday to buy the mobile or if in a hurry to go to Tesco or Asda.
I agree and said I would have gone back on Monday Morning, so I did as I made my way to the shop with my son and his girlfriends and when we got there, we got told by the manager that he had sent all the mobiles back to the warehouse on Easter Sunday, but the shop was closed so I cant understand how. He also said that his staff had no put any mobile on a side for me.
they had miss communicated.
As customer, I find the all staff not competent as well as the manager.
None of them has shown any interest in solving my issue and wasted my time.
I will certainly never buy from your brand again, personally or for my business.
