Initailly sent my phone in with a broken home button. Said the problem had been fixed but wasn't. After recieving my phone back, wrote them and explained the problem hadn't been resolved. Due to their warranty, I was able to send the phone back and it was then fixed properly.
Very pleased with the service and would recommend it to a friend.
