very slow service, & no apology!

Website said it would take 24hr, but didn't tell me the part needed (a new screen for my iphone - hardly an unusual part) was out of stock. So I sent of my phone, and didn't receive it back for 3 weeks, despite every few days the company saying 'the part will arrive in the next couple of days'. Lack of apologies didn't help either. Not a happy customer and would recommend using an alternative website. This one is too unreliable.
