Like others, I wish I had seen these reviews before using this company. It took them 2 months to return the iPod and even then it didn't work. Returned it again and after calls not being returned by staff, managers not being available to take my calls, managers not being prepared to return calls, I submitted a complaint in writing. That was also completely ignored. After 4 months, I finally gave up and asked for the item to be returned. Absolutely awful outfit. BE WARNED!
