Arrived back perfect. It took ages though...

The phone arrived back in perfect working condition. I was kept up to date regarding everything EXCEPT the fact that my phone would be delayed before I would receive it due to parts being out of stock. I had to email to find out where my phone was at and why I was kept in the dark.

One bonus was that the phone came back about a week earlier than what I was eventually told.

I also had to initially wait the best part of a week to receive the pre-paid box when it should have been received within a few days. This really didn't help speed up my repair process.


Overall the service was ok. It could have been better in regards to keeping me updated with a personal message, especially regarding my extra long wait time.

I am happy with the quality of the repair and the cost which was excellent.
