“Repair time and staff not willing to take complaint”

I'm still waiting for my phone to be returned after 10 working days instead of the promised 2-3 working days. Have been promised to get it today, now they say it will be ready "next week"!!!

This is annoying but even worse is that their staff is not willing to connect me to a line manager for complaining about it. Only advise is to send an email, how helpful.
