been 7days & still no phone!

Hi im a bit dissapointed at how long it has taken my phone to be repaired, its been exactly a week since i sent it off and you still havent repaired it.
I used this company to repair my phone because, although it was expensive, you say it will be sent back out within 3days. If i knew it was going to take this long i could of spent half the price and had it returned to me by friday at the latest.

Very dissapointed at your service, i will not be recomending you to any one and i will not be using you again!!!
